We are currently looking for a Procurement - Category Lead & Coordinator

This role will be responsible for leading the strategic sourcing and procurement of goods and services across the Group and its OpCos, ensuring cost optimization, quality, and timely delivery, while driving value creation, efficiency, and competitiveness through data-driven decision-making and supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and execution of sourcing strategies and category plans, ensuring savings, synergies, and alignment across OpCos.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract optimization, and purchasing activities for assigned categories.
• Monitor sourcing plan execution, track performance, and analyze deviations, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct financial and scenario analysis to assess costs, margins, and competitiveness, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with business, financial, and operational objectives.
• Lead contract closing processes, ensuring compliance with timelines, terms, and sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and business cases for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring strong relationships and alignment across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through technology, efficiency, and transparency initiatives.
• Support and guide business areas in sourcing decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and policies.

Check-in / Boarding Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: +4 years in procurement, finance, or commercial analysis roles.

Leadership: At least 1 year leading teams, initiatives, or cross-functional projects.

Technical Knowledge:

• Advanced Excel (functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Power BI (data visualization and reporting)
• SAP or procurement tools (e.g., Ariba)
• Strong financial knowledge (costs, margins, cash flow, business cases)

Languages: Advanced English (C1)
