We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist in Strategic Project Communications
This role is responsible for executing the communication strategy for special and high-impact projects that directly influence the airline/group’s structure, positioning, and growth, including fleet announcements, strategic alliances, and organizational transformations. The position oversees the tactical and executional components to ensure clear, coherent, and corporate-aligned messaging that strengthens reputation, credibility, and trust among internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the defined communication strategy for strategic and high-impact projects.
- Develop corporate messages by creating and coordinating press releases, presentations, and content aimed at internal audiences, media, authorities, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of actions, messages, and objectives.
- Manage the approvals governance, working closely with internal areas, external parties, legal teams, and process owners to ensure accuracy and relevance of all messaging.
- Monitor and analyze the perception of projects among key audiences, proposing timely adjustments to maximize impact and strengthen corporate positioning.
Check-in / Boarding Requirements:
- Education: Professional degree in Social Communication, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 7–10 years in communications, with at least 5 years specifically in corporate communications, preferably in regulated or highly complex industries.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Knowledge of corporate communications, including narrative development, spokesperson management, and stakeholder relations.
- Understanding of the operational and contextual dynamics of markets such as Brazil, the United States, Colombia, Chile, and Ecuador, including regulatory, media, and reputational environments.
- 100% fluent English (native level or equivalent), or experience living in English-speaking countries.
- Portuguese is desirable, especially for interaction with stakeholders in Brazil.
- Advanced Excel skills.
