We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist (Brasil)
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist with strategic vision, analytical mindset, and a passion for the airline industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns across online and offline media, leading trade marketing initiatives, managing sponsorships and local partnerships, and optimizing strategies based on sales analysis and market trends.
This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills, with a strong focus on efficient budget management to maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multichannel marketing strategies across digital and traditional media.
- Implement trade marketing initiatives, including events, product launches, and activations at key customer touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Support the implementation of the regional sponsorship strategy, aligning initiatives with brand and business objectives.
- Develop strategic alliances with brands, events, and organizations to strengthen the airline’s market presence.
- Analyse regional business performance, adjusting campaigns based on sales insights and consumer behaviour.
- Measure campaign impact using KPIs and propose data-driven improvements.
- Identify and leverage market and airline industry trends to drive marketing innovation.
- Coordinate with regional marketing and media agencies to ensure effective execution aligned with global strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Revenue Management, Corporate Communications, Legal, and PMO) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
- Integrate strategy of avianca with Gol and Abra group to take advantage of the opportunities of co-marketing, and growth.
Check-in / Boarding Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the airline, tourism or related industries, with strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret sales and performance data. Proven experience in marketing budget management, negotiation and relationship-building to develop partnerships and manage commercial agreements, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and a solid understanding of marketing trends, consumer behavior and digital engagement.
- Skills: Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Languages: Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese.
