We give recognition to our people
At Avianca, we give recognition to our workers through the “More to give program”, which motivates our people to make a difference, to be passionate and to always strive for more. Our senior executives host a quarterly breakfast in which the most notable workers are invited and where they can share stories on how they made a difference in their day-to-day activities, allowing us to get closer and get to know each other better.
