As an Avianca pilot, you will have the opportunity to operate Latin America’s youngest fleet, with over 180 aircrafts that will allow you to reach over one hundred destinations all over the world.

    Our pilots are not only people with outstanding technical skills, they are also essential in the flight administration. Our pilots’ leadership allows them to understand the business, to be empathic with the operation and to keep our passengers safe.

    All of this is made possible thanks to the training they receive, which is listed as the best in the region. Our competency-based learning in both technical and operational approaches, allows us to empower each pilot. Our final aim that is that the flight administration will be equivalent to our operational policies.
